HEALING

Our mind, body and soul — and their magic of healing.

I remember my (ex) Japanese girlfriend told me about AI OTSUKA, and telling me that her song has the power of “healing”. This was many years ago around my college time. I think enjoying a song with the love one is very powerful.

I think music and songs indeed has the power of healing, actually like many things in life that we might take for granted.

Even the love you give or take from others, or from pet dogs or cats, or nature have this incredible power of healing. Each individual also has the power of healing and the power to forget pain.

I don’t think SCIENCE can explain how simple text or email or prayers and thoughts can give the power of healing.

I like to remember this and hopefully every day and time will heal us when we are sick or in pain like from broken heart, or when lonely.

I think this is related to “energy” I was talking about. Just like the sun and the rain will clean the earth, if we have time to touch the earth, to swim, to feel the fresh air, and to swim in the ocean or even get a bit of rain on our body, it has the power of healing.
