Waiting and Queuing ++

If you never wait or queue in life, I would be super surprised.

I know the fact that one needs to always be patience, take things slowly, and things take time to cook and to grow into fruits.

However, especially after pandemic, I feel that we need to wait and queue a bit longer. I really started to wonder why?

Restaurants and Cafes, normally you order takeaway and within 10–15 minutes, your food will usually be ready. After pandemic however, as delivery service sky rocket, the waiting times for ordering takeaway in person has gone up like 30 minutes or longer. Eating in also unnecessarily better, your food will arrive slower, usually the place is crowded, unless you happened to be there early.

Package delivery is definitely also slower. Not during lockdown pandemic, but after the lockdown finished. People are probably still working from home, so delivery service needs to scramble more area, instead of sending all trucks into one office location? Maybe one of the reason.

Luxury shops also less comfortable, you need to queue and the staff will always follow and watch you. No longer luxury experience, I don’t think.

Malls are empty. Maybe because people order everything online? It’s just a little bit weird.
